Exfoliate Your Scalp

Looking to treat your scalp to a spa day? Increase the circulation and remove dead skin cells. Your scalp will appreciate the treatment and will increase in health and growth.

There are some simple ways to create your own exfoliation mixture. As you all know, Fenugreek is one of the major components I use in all of my products. If you are suffering from hair loss, I encourage you to try it for yourself. I simply love it's benefits.

Back to diy exfoliation. There are some simple ways to exfoliate your skin using the products you have in your cabinets. Here are some ideas to choose from:

Mix 1: Coffee and Fenugreek Powder with Sea Salt (mix instant coffee with Fenugreek powder and sea salt, add your choice of carrier oil such as jojoba, avacado, or olive oil)

Mix 2: Fenugreek powder, Sea Salt, and Vitamin E oil (mix Fenugreek powder with sea salt and vitamin e oil)

Mix 3: Sugar, Fenugreek powder, and Oil of choice (mix granulated sugar or brown sugar, Fenugreek powder, and a carrier oil of choice)

You can add a few drops of an essential oil to the mixes as desired: Rosemary, Lavender, or Peppermint.

Any of these mixes can be used twice a month before washes to open the follicles and clean the scalp from dead skin and increase blood circulation.

How to apply it? Spray the hair to wet it. You can use a mist spray. Try never to work on dry hair. Part the hair and apply the mix to the scalp. Massage the scalp with the balls of your fingers.

Rinse out the mix and proceed to wask your hair with your shampoo of choice and a conditioner.

You should feel a difference and begin to reap the benefits of your skin care.
