Looking for the Best
When looking for recipes, I look for what will help my rooted issue. I believe my issues stems from stress and tension.
Through 8 years of locs and stressful events in my life, my hair took a turn for the worst. No edges, balding, patches, itching, needle like tension in places.
I turned to a dermatologist who told me my hair was fine. She also told me to wear my hair natural. From that time, I still experienced hair shed and uncomfortable pressure.
Nevertheless, I've tried things on my own to alleviate the hair shed and tension. I have written each receipe in my journal.
My go to receipes are featured below. These receipes have given me great results. From better texture and tighter curl pattern to new hair growth and no shedding. Try them for yourself and note the changes in your hair. Send me a message so we can celebrate together.

Recipes:
All on the internet you can find natural remedies. Use them with caution. Do a skin test first. Watch how your scalp and hair reacts. Keep a journal and note what's happening to improve your journey.
